The Development and New Business directorate comprises three separate business units:

Longwood Park - Langley Development procures the development of new homes for affordable rent, intermediate rent and low cost home ownership through its own direct development activity and through partnerships with Local Authorities, external contractors, developers and housebuilders.

Home Ownership manages the Hampshire Homebuy Agency (Homesinhants), which is the provider of the MyChoice Homebuy product across the South West of England. It also markets our newbuild homes for sale and well as providing a range of post sales services to existing home owners.

Wayfarer co-ordinates the grant administration on behalf of its members of which Radian group, through its three subsidiaries Drum, Swaythling and Windsor, Wayfarer is administered by a small secretariat and Swaythling Housing Society acts as "Lead RSL".
